This requires honest partnerships with effective leaders - an able breed whose qualities supplant selfishness in all of its non-productive forms, minds that refuse to maintain the lavish squandering of humanity's potential, that will not allow these to continually die on vines soaked in wanton ignorance, that can find their joy and longevity and wealth and rich legacies in securing and servicing and honoring the best in each other.

Each of us is an embodiment as well as a living-out of a rich diversity of experiences and inculcations. That is why we've chosen to roll out this segment by engaging in a light game of connect the dots. That way we might animate or activate a latent need or abilitity or know-how or memory or aha that will seed the miracle of one's pivotal moment, and accomplish it more efficaciously than any smart reveal of this-is-how-you-do-it and every falacious this-is-why-it-happens. YES, it is entirely up to each of us which dots we choose to connect and how. Are you game? Here goes. Have fun.

Really, did you know: the blind now see; the deaf now hear; the dead do walk again! Goosebumps! Indeed, this is that kind of season: shiny taps dripping joy are readied for our reach, albeit set beneath an awkward mix of cummulus clouds, some of sorrow and of pain, some slowly congesting into storms. Nevetheless, this season is a welcome celebration where the stranger is honored, heartfelt care is extended to the well-worn who once selflessly cared for our needs, and we sing of a baby born: Mary, did you know?
Can you picture the moment? Your inhabitation of it. Your successes. Your failures. Trials and temptations. Your expectations and preferences. Your songs. The encompassed celebration. A whole cast of fascinating characters inhabit there.
Picture it.
This may be an opalescent gift - your gift - an unleashed potential wandering hapless through a blurry vision. Life! Let it take shape. We stepped outside of ourselves, as best we could, and looked from that vantage at what else was occupying our lived-in space - our life's programmers and engineers and customers and consumers. Ooooh-we! Miracles have a weird mix - a fascinating cast of tenacious characters. Did you know?
We connected the dots. What connections have you made this far, of course accessing your own lived exeperience in ways that light up even the faintest pixels of an emerging image?
What do you see? Is a gift emerging peek-a-boo? Stay on it. This is an extraordinary gift - your gift. What do you know? Picture that too. Access your own story: that accounting of habits and behaviors and outcomes recorded in your private book-of-books. You'll find them telling: yes, of how you opt to shape mere fragments of life into an operational experience, of how you dreamed and purposed to achieve that dream and did or are doing! Don't dwell there; just let it all tell you things. Breathe! We found ours immensely informative. Connect those dots. It'll take shape. A gift will emerge. Don't abandon that gift.

Each mission along this route is pressed thick into the nitty-gritty too - beside, belonged, beneath - building endurance through the tough. Grit. Tenacity. Sorting. Up-ending. Finding. Learning. Leaning into the goo. Gutsily. It is a gift. Discovering new joys. Resolving old mysteries. Opening channels. Learning. Ever learning. Leaning into the reach. Hand to hand. Hand in hand. Unpretentious. Yet tagless. By choice. Isn't that something? It is a gift. Superb. Awesome: as in an enriched evolving experience (Beyond The Hero) informing new behaviors, recieving batons, passing those batons along, growing, instructing new creations through bloodied cuts. Bettered. Up again. Down again. Up again: that much better. Higher. Ping! And there it is: the 'hallelujah' idea. Yes! Now that is the gift of one's moment, the sapling of a miracle, needing fine nourishment.

Have you ever experienced a 'hallelujah' idea? No? Yes? How does it compare, if comparison is a thing? Goosebumps! Tagless.
You may have noticed something else too (shivers!) across life's broad landscape - a pollutant:

Good stuff is slapped, yeah even tatooed, on to bad stuff trucked-in polished and perfumed: uh! Flagrantly fragrant. Mischief. Loud. Lavish silk screens. Like tricks. Like gospel in a gun! Holds attention. For kicks! Brutal noises. Have you noticed? Rue - lives lived learned therefrom.
Courtesy of tags! Labels! Haven't you noticed? Indeed. Labels do a lot where tags mean a lot: hurry-hurry. You see, time is expensive, so tags do what tags must do - a lot - hurry-hurry - like magic. Their accomplishments are legion. Legendary. Though hurry-hurry is bruck-neck speed blazing trails in circles, in the whir of its hurry-hurry expensive trades for priceless - good bargain; blinders work for focus, cheap-cheap - unsighted; bumpy upside-down rides are the funnest feature of that magic kingdom - simple - uncomplicated - a merry-go-round - a sleep-cheater with a swinger's price tag. Yes, tags do a lot where labels mean a lot and there is never enough time for nitty-gritty. Rue - lives from which tags earn a merry lot. Such owners cash-in heavily.
Beyond The Hero there is joy in the nitty-rgitty where tags don't mean a thing. Tags blur vision. That's what we've uncovered. Aback of the tags (labels) what do you see? Feel? Hear? Taste? Touch? Envision? What do you know? Did you have an epiphany? Aha! Awesome.
What about a hallelujah idea?
A hallelujah idea is different. Monumental. We need hallelujah ideas. If nothing else, has the pandemic not removed many curtains - blown free by a viral wind - availing us to scenes we may never have otherwise witnessed if we dare to look and see, which we may never have otherwise experienced or understood or accepted or appreciated or believed. Consider this: across our globe at selfsame times the very same words are on most every lip, repeatedly, and still not each and every tongue at the very same time share the very same taste. Some bitter. Some sweet. Some like gravel. Some like cheese. Peculiar, isn't it? Perhaps our private world needs yet another hallelujah idea - that "secret" chord played. Heard. Felt. Touched. Seen. Tasted. Perhaps your hallelujah idea: a sapling birthing a song that resonates way beyond the moment. Whiich pleases. Which heals. Which spreads wings. And lifts. Which seeds fertile fields far fliung from its root, fields pertinent to the need. This is not about the dream - worthy as that is. This is more. And its in you. You have it. Could it be your hallelujah idea (already born) is the current need. What is it? How is it being nourished? Who nourishes it to fruition? In times like these, perhaps that task falls to an enabled breed of care-taker farmers: each a leader - a person who holds herself or himself accountable for finding the potential in people and processes and have the courage, the guts, to develop that potential. A brand new kind of leader!
