Be aware that some personal beliefs, cultural attitudes and traditions can keep persons trapped in traumas which are then perpetuated across generations. This reality is often obvious to those who refuse to live in the excuse of it and oblivious to those who excuse it. We (individually, collectively, the human) have the power to change those trajectories and inhabit better circumstances.
