Be Still
"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness or abilities that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer it or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again." Stephen Grellet. That requires me to nourish myself accordingly, to prioritize my well-being, and to let my best self be made available for such an honor, for I am a wellsping of joy; it gives me strength. I am loved. I am able. I have a reason for being, therefore I am doing what I am here to do. This moment exists for me; it is meant for me in order that I may attain accordingly. Today's challenge is worthy of my renewed strength, of my best self. Indeed, this is a good day; I will act in the confidence of the fullness of my being. Let each and every breath revive my spirit anew. I am ready.
Be Filled
Take a few moments to ENJOY COMPLETE CYCLES OF YOU DEEP BREATHING. Be aware. Stay aware of the fullness that is your life and of the abundance readily available and accessible. Oh how marvelous.
