Isn't the human a most remarkable creation? I know; I've gushed about this, time and again, still gushing, and am yet to find a word most fitting to my gleam. It is an ever-unfolding epic realization of this . . . this . . . this masterpiece that is the human being!
Uh! Infuriatingly fallible, this being. And not wasted!!! Even midst and through dafting struggles, even though there is waste (Yes, lots, and lots, lots of waste), yet, none wasted! Ah, the mystery of life. Intriguing! Waste that is not wasted!
From the inception of Lights On, through its many evolutions, 'transformation' has been one of our fixed themes. That remains. However, three words, as with wings of aggravated bees, invade humanity's clusters. Amidst that ensuing chaos, these bees build huge hives, each masquerading as if a copy of the other (by flair of dreary minds). Little calamities upon little calamities follow, for each of these three creatures is quite different in nature and design from the other! Soon, good foundations tremble then tremble then crumble into the surrounding dust, blown wild, blinding bystanders. Achoo!
What bees are these?
- Transformation
- Change
- Creation
Quite different each is from the other. Our lot has chosen not to deal with each as if one and the same. You see, each requires its own special relationship! We are copacetic with that! [OK - forgive me, I just had to use that word. Inside humor. Whatever shall we do about this insistent standard-breaker!? But isn't life beautiful? That's a clue, a hint, a sweet little shift. I write extemporaneously here (no automated checker-things). It is humbling. Enhanced learning. You're invited to try it. It can be quite revealing.] Besides, busy bees often serve up healthy honey. (Wink-wink.) Yes, those bees!
If, per chance, you are now waiting for the forementioned differences to be detailed, or for us to declare how to be sure which bee is being engaged, or which is most suited to one's vision and purpose and execution, or how one ought to best create plans and actions for eventual success, please don't. Nevertheless, fear not! That informmation is freely available, nicely packaged, and linked above. Yours. Organic groups have already converted several past segments into classes and curriculums and engagements and offerings. You also are welcome. Use it. Refuse it. Life is sprinkled with choices. Enjoy.
This episode is merely a transition into a brand new segment! Yes. Yes. Yes. We are super excited too!
For example, if you were that cub-scout who designed and built a six-foot long matchstick bridge sturdy enough for three rabbits to run across, and nobody but your scoutmaster cared, this segment is for you!
If you were that twelve-year-old who found a novel solution to a certain set of algebraic problems, and no one but your shocked math teacher had a clue what that was all about, and you walked away from it because he was convinced you had to have gotten it from somewhere other than your own brain and he wanted to know who, you'll love this new segment: the world desperately needs you.
If attention and acclamation and being topdog are neither here nor there with you, because you are just pressed by an authentic need to deliver your reveal of one of your world's needs, yep, we got you covered. Step on in.
If you are . . . well . . . you know!
Welcome to our transition episode to BEYOND THE HERO - IDY- curated by Neville DeAngelou. Our world needs each of us.
