After all, what is the code and concept of life, of living, of humanity, if it is not to find one's calling and to have that calling be greater than one's self; if it is not to pursue that calling and complete it with joyous self-respect?

A new Creation

Say a massive storm blew right through your life. Or you had an epiphany. Perhaps you just woke. Or grew a crop of cajones: you are now bold. Or been spat out of the belly of a whale. Imagine. Thiis day is made for you. For us. Primed to make favored fantasy a reality. Lights. Ready. Action. Unstoppable.

You may recall from explorations last season confronting head-on this inescapable reality: all acts have consequences (intended and unintended, seen and unseen, known and unknown). That remains every bit true today. One might sensibly approach said reality with some measure of apprehension, one's focus being justly set on crooks and corruption, on responsibility and accountability. Such awareness is wise, but clear that hurdle. Quickly.

We've learned corrupt communities come duly to their demise.

There is another inescapable reality: all actions have outcomes. This is the road we are on. This is the road one would want to be on if enroute to the fulfillment of a worthy dream or responding to a trusted call.

What outcome(s) [ exactly ] are you targetting? What is its size, smell, sound, impact, contribution? How far away is it from you? What is the nature of its rebound? Yes, every outcome has a boomerang. How does this square with your intention? It's crucial.

Don't start stalling on your calling now; you are brilliantly designed. Here, you'll have access to vital resources. That is why we are here.

Act One: Character

In the toss of many words few perform sweet puppetry in all of us. God utters this word and that word, and we behold wonders. So is heard. And so is said. The mind of a champion, the soul of a hero, the spirit of a believer, the will of a survivor, are swept and swooned into the realms of greatness on the wings of just a few words. Such words are like mustard seeds.

ILICET - A Time To Begin Again

"Sow what you want to reap; and your joys will be sweet."

Sow what YOU want to reap. Sow what you want to REAP. Your harvest will be sweet.

Hold it right there; let's back up a bit - we made quite a leap! We got excited and jumped the gun then skipped over a vast field (a huge bit of the best part really). The Process!

To frame this in authentic Sunday School speak: demons and devils doth cast long foreboding shadows over The Process and squirt thick itchy clouds o'er eager eyes, forming scales.

Why?

Wealth is in there - loads in the process. Wonder is in there. Wisdom is in there. There-through flows joy's SWEETNER. Alas, therein IS the harvest.

Really?

Frankly. The fake Process is NOT in those shadows; Nooo-Nooo-ma-dear, The fake Process is in the wide-open, its cast lores well-suited to tasty fish.

Patience! Those creepy shadows will disappear in a few. Meanwhile, we've got some work to do - those itchy eyes - it's an inside job.

Personality (attitude). Behavior (habits).

Unstoppable

The content of your character, at its finest, is what fits you to be the best of who you are and the highest of what you will become. At its finest, the content of your character - the fine elements of your character suits you perfectly to be you. Not less than who you are. Not other than who you are. Not more than who you are. At its finest, exactly who you are. Custom fitted!

Riding Moby Dick

You are valued. You are important. What you experience is important. Your intention matters. You are a whole being. You are a true wonder. You diminish yourself whenever you pit valued elements of who you are against vital elements of who you are: your intuitive self against your intellectual self, your rational self against your emotional self, your gut against your heart against your head. Don't be put at war against yourself: you are a masterpiece. An intricate being. Human!

Whose Time Is It?

David posed the question: can a corrupt king be allied with The Almighty; are those who bring miseries to a people, to any person, to a soul, be friends with the Living God? Emphatically. No! It would seem to follow, therefore, that any subsequent reasoning or tangential reasoning aligned with that line of thinking, emoting, projecting, bargaining, is also emphatically not emanating from an Ominpotent mind. Some other puny god, perhaps? Who knows! On occasion I have learned a few things from David. What a character! What accomplishments! And to be eternalized as a man after God's own heart. Well, that kind-a gets an eager young man's attention. It got mine. Hahahaha! Oooh-weee. Not the holier-than-thou kind! No time for that! How suited are your personality and your habits to your mission as well as for the path you have chosen to accomplish it? Does any aspect need adjustment or changing?

The Great Teller shares An Epic Truth

Across the nation and around the world there is a long rumble.

It is a rumble so loud it strikes ready ears as a distant clap of a fierce thunder. It is a rumble so low, it rides beneath the noise of a thousand human fears; it can no longer be heard. Fear of flight, fear of heights, fear sand, fear of snow, fear of monsters in the closet, fear of bugs in the pillow, fear of cats, fear of bats, fear of strangers at the door, fear of being lost, fear of being laughed at, fear of being stuck in the toilet bowl, fear of whites, fear of blacks, fear of browns, blues and yellows, fear of nakedness, fear of the unknown, fear of being hurt.

Fear!

Smile. Live. Love. Laugh. Look. Listen. Learn. Be awesome. You are powerful beyond measure. You are not alone. You can do all things. I am you. You are me. We are one. Keep Sharing.

May our light shine on sprinkled seeds along The Journey.

The Task at Hand: 1) Find the proper seeds for the harvest desired. 2) Plant those seeds where they will grow (the proper soil, the proper environment). 3) Tend to their needs in their seasons. 4) Prepare for the harvest (baskets and barns and notifications and markets). 5) Facilitate the putting away of scraps and trash. NB: are you of attitude and habits suitable for such a task? Without it, forget about joy, get ready for suffering. Many take that path. And applaud it! Indeed, it too is character-building.

Something to consider: Are you looking for a harvest or manna from the skies? For the latter, this is not the series you want; that series has already gone by, but by the magic of our times you can still join that exploration. Go check it out. However, it is incumbent upon us to be reminded harvesting comes highly recommended.
